Refund Policy
Effective August 29, 2026One-time credit purchases
Frontend Interviews sells prepaid credit packs as one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and are used to pay for active AI interview, practice, course, or hiring-team sessions. Promotional time and service-issued credits are not purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused credits within 14 days
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a one-time purchase when none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Eligibility may also depend on mandatory consumer rights where you live and the terms presented by the payment provider at checkout.
Credits that have been used
Once purchased credits have been used to provide an AI session, the purchase is generally not refundable. We may approve a full or partial refund where required by law, where the service was not delivered because of a verified technical failure, or in another exceptional case reviewed by us and the payment provider.
Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or made for an incorrect amount, contact support promptly and include the transaction email and order reference. We may suspend related credits while the payment is investigated.
How to request a refund
Email hello@frontendinterviews.com or use the buyer-support channel provided in your payment receipt. Include the email used at checkout, transaction or order reference, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, payment method, and financial institution. Credits associated with a refunded or reversed transaction are removed from the wallet; if already spent, account access may be limited until the resulting balance is resolved.
Mandatory rights and policy changes
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law. The buyer terms and refund policy of the provider used at checkout may also apply. We may update this policy for future purchases and will post a new effective date when we do.
