Information is used to operate AI-assisted interviews and learning, generate evidence-based reports, secure accounts, provide support, and improve the product.
AI and service providers
Relevant session context may be sent to configured AI and infrastructure providers solely to deliver the requested product functionality.
Retention and control
Retention settings, exports, and account deletion controls are available in the product. Some financial and security records may be retained where legally required.
