Refund Policy
Effective August 25, 2026
This policy explains when a one-time purchase of prepaid Frontend Interviews credits may be refunded.
One-time credit purchases
Credit packs do not renew automatically. Promotional time and service-issued credits are not purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused credits
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days when none of the credits from that purchase have been used, subject to applicable consumer law.
Used credits and technical failures
Used credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a verified failure prevented delivery of the paid service.
How to request a refund
Email hello@frontendinterviews.com with the checkout email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send card details.
After approval
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Credits associated with a refunded or reversed transaction are removed from the wallet.
